Filter mats For the efficient filtration of dust, pollen and larger particles
Filter mats are used in air purification to filter dust, pollen, and larger particles from the air, or as pre-separators to prevent fine filters from clogging quickly. Whether for use in control cabinets, paint booths, or ventilation systems, each mat can be manufactured according to your requirements and cut to the size you need.
Our filter mats meet the filter efficiencies ISO Coarse 50-90% / G2-M5 and consist of pure materials such as silicone- and PVC-free polyester (PES) or polyethylene terephthalate fiber fleece (PET).
Their progressive depth build-up traps coarse particles on the outside and finer particles in the middle of the filter, increasing air resistance more slowly and extending the life of the filter mat. In addition to their cost-effectiveness and efficient filtration, these filter mats offer uncomplicated maintenance and can be easily adapted to individual needs.
